This questionnaire is designed as an evaluation guide to determine if the path suggested by the Twelve Steps is being thoroughly followed by the recovering person, and if not, helping to identity areas for improvement.

All Printed Materials (Books, Booklets, Pamphlets, etc.), video and audio products, and are electronic media files, (digital downloads) are Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
